payment & refunds
i primarily use paypal invoices; however other methods of payment can be discussed. I take minimum half payments up front, and will not finish a piece past lineart until it is fully paid off. I am also open to payment plans and working within your budget!There are only certain circumstances in which I will offer refunds. most of them include the artist's inability to finish for any reason, including disability or time constraints. Others include emergencies or a payment error. I do not do refunds once lineart starts, so please do not put yourself out if you cannot afford my work! IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ARTWORK PAST THE SKETCH STAGE!
Updates, Fees, & Add-Ons
all my work comes with at least 1 progress update before finalization; I do my best to keep in touch with my clients as pieces are worked on, which may lead to more than one. That said, disability and personal emergencies can get in the way of finishing pieces. If you need a progress update, please wait until at least 1 week post-purchase before asking. After that, once a week is acceptable should the piece take too long. note that larger pieces will take longer and thus won't have updates every week, so please keep that in mind before contacting me for updates.One lineart is started, any additional edits or changes will cost you $10/change depending on complexity. I will ask you once if any coloration needs editing before I shade, but be prepared in the sketch phase to tell me what to change physically to avoid extra charges!!Rush fees run around $25 per day needed in advance. We will discuss the terms required for this as needed.
rights & usage
i obtain rights to my original work ; However, I do not claim ownership over any design or character drawn unless it is of my own creation. you may use the artwork in places such as various social media, streams, and personal non-commercial advertisements (such as stream schedules), however you cannot reproduce or redistribute the artwork commercially in other ways without the proper agreements (such as merch). minor edits of the art pieces are allowed, but are limited to: cropping, filters (art must be recognizably mine).I reserve the right to use my work in portfolios and to post on social media. You must ask me prior if you want to keep the work private, otherwise it is subject to being used in such ways.Due to past experiences, I ask that you please make sure you have permission before asking me to draw someone else's character. I do not want to draw something for someone only for them to feel uncomfortable because they do not want artwork of their creations.
ai & nfts
under NO circumstance is my art to be put into ai generators or block chains ; i do not consent to the usage of ai or blockchains or crypto in exchange for, to replicate, or otherwise interact with my artwork. i will never sell nfts or ai content; please let me know if you find someone utilizing my work in these cirumstances so legal action can be pursued.
turnaround times
The average turnaround time varies between 2-7 days for sketches and 1-2 weeks for headshots. Due to chronic illness, I may take longer - but I will always reach out to you first as a heads up. Full body fully rendered pieces may take up to 3-4 months as they are the most taxing on me.

Most of my work is sketchy due to chronic illness/disability, but I do enjoy rendering on occasion.
